Party at the Fair
The 50th State Fair provides the perfect party venue for companies, sports teams, schools, churches, credit unions, and nonprofit organizations. It's also a great venue for anyone celebrating a special occasion. Let us make it easy for you to get your group together for a day of fun at the Fair!
Fun Pass credits are required for admission, rides, games, food, and some attractions. The cards may be reloaded at Fun Pass machines located throughout the fairgrounds.
Customized party packages are also available.

50 to 999 people
- $60 per person = 570 credits + 120 bonus credits ($69 value for $60)
- $50 per person = 470 Fun Pass credits + 100 bonus credits ($57 value for $50)
1,000 or more people
- $60 per person = 570 Fun Pass credits + 150 bonus credits ($72 value for $60)
- $50 per person = 470 Fun Pass credits + 125 bonus credits ($59.50 value for $50)
Additional Information
- All parties receive reserved seating in one of the dining tents.
- The host or hostess may decorate the party area, but balloons are not allowed.
- No outside food or beverages are allowed. The only exception is a cake.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking with the balance due one week prior to the date of the party (no refunds).
- Parties of 250 or more may use the stage and sound system in the dining/entertainment tent for approved activities such as prize giveaways, contests, recognition awards, and a band performance.
- All parties must check in prior to 6 p.m.
