Fun Pass

The Fair utilizes a card system called Fun Pass where patrons must use the Fun Pass card to pay for admission to the fairgrounds, to ride rides, play games, purchase food & beverages, and pay for some special attractions.

HOW TO PURCHASE A NEW CARD

You may purchase a new Fun Pass card from the large red kiosks marked "PURCHASE ONLY" at the entrance to the Fair using cash or a debit/credit card. The initial cost of a Fun Pass is $3 (30 credits), which will be deducted automatically from the new card ($20= 170 credits; $50= 470 credits).

Minimum purchase for a new card is $20 and only one card can be purchased per transaction. If you have a Fun Pass from a previous fair, you may check your balance and reload it at the red kiosks marked "RELOAD ONLY".

HOW TO RELOAD A CARD

Once inside the fairgrounds, there are more red kiosks located under the games tent that may be used to reload, and these kiosks accept cash and debit/credit cards.

There are smaller machines found in the Fun Pass trailers located around the fairgrounds that may be used to reload your card but they accept CASH ONLY using a $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, or $100 bill.  Some of these machines are able to dispense a new card, but you will need to use a $20 bill initially, then you may reload with any denomination, thereafter.

When reloading, you will not be charged the new card fee and will receive the full value of each Fun Pass credit which is equivalent to 10 cents.  $3= 30 credits; $5= 50 credits; $10= 100 credits; $20= 200 credits; $50= 500 credits; $100= 1,000 credits

If you have credits on a Fun Pass that you purchased at any previous E. K. Fernandez Shows' carnival or fair, those credits are good at the 50th State Fair.
